1. Who we are

D-Elite Solutions ("we", "us", "our") operates this website from Ottawa, Canada. For any privacy question you can reach us at contact@d-elite.solutions.

2. What we collect

• Contact form data — name, work email, optional phone, company, subject, and the message you send us.
• Communications — emails and WhatsApp messages you send us, and any attachments included.
• Technical data — IP address, browser/user-agent, pages visited and timestamps, collected through standard server logs for security and reliability.
• Cookies — only strictly necessary cookies are used (session and security). We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

3. How we use it

• Respond to inquiries and quote requests.
• Deliver and operate engagements we've been hired to perform.
• Keep the website secure and detect abuse.
• Improve our content based on aggregated, non-identifying usage.

We do not sell personal data, ever.

4. Legal basis (GDPR / KVKK)

We process personal data on the basis of: your consent (when you submit a form), our legitimate interest in operating a secure website and answering inquiries, and to perform contractual obligations once an engagement begins.

5. Third parties / sub-processors

• Supabase — database and authentication hosting for the website backend.
• Vercel — static hosting and edge delivery.
• WhatsApp / Meta — only when you choose to start a WhatsApp conversation with us.

Each of these processors has its own privacy terms and security commitments.

6. Retention

Inquiry messages are kept for up to 24 months for follow-up and reference, then deleted on request or in our routine cleanup. Engagement records are retained for the duration required by Turkish tax and contract law.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email contact@d-elite.solutions. We respond within 30 days.

8. Security

We use TLS in transit, role-based access controls on the backend, and least-privilege credentials for any sub-processors. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat your data with the same care we use for our clients' systems.

9. Changes

We may update this policy as our practices evolve. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
